DELIVERY POLICY

  1. We deliver our products within the UAE and to selected Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
  2. Order Processing Time:
    1. Delivery within Ready to wear:
      1. Within the UAE: 2 to 5 business days.
      2. Outside the UAE: 5 to 10 business days.
    2. Delivery within Custom orders:
      1. Within the UAE: 5 to 14 business days.
      2. Outside the UAE: may take up to 20 business days.
  3. Public holidays are not included.
  4. Delivery Fees will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location.
  5. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
  6. Proof of delivery: Customer signature is required upon delivery, and the signed delivery receipt will be retained as proof of delivery.
  7. Multiple Shipments:
    Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments depending on product availability. The cardholder will be informed at checkout that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

  2. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
